The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

☆ ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME

North America: 3-5 business days

Europe: 2-6 weeks

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

☆ CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

☆ LOST PACKAGE/UNDELIVERABLE

I am NOT responsible for lost/undelivered packages in the mail. Once packages leave my hands it is the United States Postal Service property. I will help you as much as I can. I do not know, nor can predict, what USPS does with your package. If you have any questions about your order once it is shipped, please call your local Post Office & provide your tracking number and they can better help you locate your package. 

With this said, also PLEASE double check and make sure your SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT & IN ENGLISH!

☆ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS 

Due to the worldwide implications from COVID-19

You must verify with your local post office if they accept inbound parcels from the USA. Currently, there are some countries that are not accepting international shipments.

If your post office holds or destroys the shipment, Unfortunately, I cannot issue a refund if you did not add insurance for your orders.

The USPS along with many countries' Postal Services are temporarily suspending international mail acceptance for certain destinations due to impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic, regional conflict and other factors related to service disruptions. Until further notice, USPS isn't accepting inbound mail OR packages addressed to the following countries:
